Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Prange Agency LLC ("we," "us," "our"), operating the Thrivient Health brand, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, subscribe to our newsletter, follow our social media accounts, or otherwise interact with our content (collectively, the "Service").
1. Who we are
Thrivient Health is a health, wellness, and biohacking content brand operated by Prange Agency LLC. We publish on TikTok (@thrivienthealth), Instagram (@thrivienthealth), Facebook (Thrivient Health), and a Beehiiv-hosted email newsletter.
Contact: admin@thrivienthealth.com
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Newsletter signup: your email address, and optionally your first name, when you subscribe via Beehiiv.
- Direct messages and replies: any content you send us via DM, email, comment, or newsletter reply.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Analytics: when you visit our website, we (or our hosting and analytics providers) may log standard web data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited. This is used in aggregate to understand traffic patterns.
- Email engagement: Beehiiv tracks whether you open our newsletter and which links you click. This is standard email-platform behavior.
- Affiliate clicks: when you click an affiliate link in our content, the destination affiliate program (e.g., 10x Health) sets its own tracking cookie to attribute any subsequent purchase to us. We receive aggregate conversion data, not your purchase details.
2.3 Information from third-party platforms
We do not collect personal information from TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook users beyond what is publicly visible on those platforms (e.g., comments left on our posts). We do not access your DMs, contacts, or private profile data.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to: - Send you the newsletter you subscribed to. - Respond to your messages and questions. - Understand which content resonates with our audience so we can publish better content. - Measure the performance of affiliate partnerships in aggregate. - Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How we use platform data (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
We operate internal tools that connect to TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook only using credentials owned by Prange Agency LLC, for the sole purpose of publishing content to and reading analytics for our own brand accounts (@thrivienthealth on each platform). Specifically:
- We may upload videos to our own TikTok / Instagram / Facebook accounts.
- We may read public profile data and post-performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) for our own posts only.
- We do not access, collect, store, share, or sell data belonging to any TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook user other than our own brand-owned accounts.
- We do not use TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook platform data for advertising targeting, machine learning training, or any purpose other than understanding the performance of our own brand's content.
This is consistent with each platform's developer terms and our role as a single-brand content operator.
5. Cookies and tracking
Our website may use cookies for: - Essential functions (keeping the site running). - Analytics (understanding traffic patterns in aggregate). - Affiliate attribution (set by third-party affiliate programs when you click their link).
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some Service features may not work properly without cookies.
We do not use cross-site advertising trackers or sell your browsing data to advertisers.
6. Service providers we share data with
We share limited data with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service. Each is bound by their own privacy policy:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Beehiiv | Newsletter hosting, delivery, and email engagement analytics |
| Cloudflare | DNS, CDN, and basic site analytics (planned) |
| TikTok / Instagram / Facebook | Social platforms where we publish content and you may interact with our posts |
| 10x Health (and other affiliate programs) | Affiliate-link attribution |
| Google Workspace / Gmail (via email forwarding) | Email correspondence with us |
We do not share your data with any party for advertising or for-profit purposes outside the operation of the Service.
7. Data retention
- Newsletter subscribers: we keep your email until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribe, Beehiiv retains a record that your email opted out so we don't accidentally re-add you.
- Direct messages: we retain message content as long as we reasonably need it to respond and to maintain conversation history.
- Aggregate analytics: indefinitely, but de-identified.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), or similar laws elsewhere. Where applicable, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information (subject to legal exceptions).
- Opt out of the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any issue, or by emailing us.
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising, so this is the default.
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email admin@thrivienthealth.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30–45 days).
9. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International users
We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the U.S. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encrypted transit (HTTPS), restricted credential access, and trusted service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced via the newsletter or a prominent notice on the website.
