These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Thrivient Health website, newsletter, and any associated tools or services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Prange Agency LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who we are
Thrivient Health is a brand operated by Prange Agency LLC. We publish health, wellness, and biohacking content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and a Beehiiv-hosted email newsletter. We also operate internal tools to schedule and analyze our own brand's content.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Not medical advice
All content published by Thrivient Health — including videos, newsletter issues, captions, and recommendations — is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or guidance from a licensed healthcare professional.
Do not disregard, delay, or stop any medical care based on anything you see or read from us. Always consult a qualified physician before making changes to your diet, supplement routine, exercise plan, sleep schedule, or any other aspect of your health.
We make no claim that any product, protocol, supplement, or practice we discuss will cure, prevent, or treat any disease or condition.
4. Affiliate relationships and disclosures
Some links and recommendations in our content are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you make a purchase after clicking one. This does not change the price you pay. We disclose these relationships in line with FTC guidelines (16 C.F.R. Part 255).
We only recommend products and programs we have independently evaluated. However, you are solely responsible for any purchasing decisions, and we make no warranties about third-party products, services, or sellers. Disputes about a third-party product must be resolved with that third party directly.
5. User-generated content
When you comment, message, reply to a newsletter, or otherwise submit content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. Do not submit content you don't have the right to share.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or that promotes anti-vaccine misinformation, COVID-19 protocols outside mainstream medical consensus, or any clinical claim that a product cures, prevents, or treats disease.
6. Intellectual property
All original content we publish — videos, newsletter copy, graphics, logos, and the Thrivient Health name and brand — is owned by Prange Agency LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may share our publicly posted social media content in the manner provided by the platform (e.g., TikTok shares, Instagram reposts). You may not copy, scrape, repackage, or republish our content for commercial use without prior written permission.
7. Third-party platforms
The Service relies on third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Beehiiv, and others. Those platforms have their own terms, which you must comply with separately. We are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms, including content removal, account suspension, or service interruption.
8. Internal tools and platform connections
We operate internal tools (the "Tools") that connect to platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook using only credentials and accounts owned by Prange Agency LLC. The Tools are for internal use by Prange Agency LLC and its authorized operators only. They are not offered to or accessible by the public, and they do not access, collect, store, or process data from any user other than the Thrivient Health-owned accounts that authorize the connection.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information published is complete, accurate, or current.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prange Agency LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prange Agency LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections 3, 4, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
